Comment: This pump worked for approximately one week and then completely stopped. Had to return it for credit.

Comment: The pump worked great at first. But has shut down twice now. The pond is green, so we have to drain and get the pump out so I can send it back.
I know the product is good and the next one will be fine but what a hassle.

Comment: If I could give negative stars, I would! For 2 months we've been promised a replacement pump from the company due to having to return the pump SIX TIMES at our local home store. Finally, after many calls, Sunterra admits that there is no pump being sent as there is 'an issue' with the current model. HOwever, they are sending one half the size as a replacement until the design flaw is fixed. Hmmm, considering the other customer reps told us the larger pump, the one we bought and paid for with our own hard earned money, was being sent out 'that day' I won't hold my breath on this one. My advice, buy 6 smaller non-Sunterra pumps if you need something this large, and save yourself the time, effort and the lies. I just hope our Koi understand and hold out until we can get something from a company that values its customers.
