Summary: Broken but customer service is OK
Comment: It arrived within 4 days of ordering. Pulled it out of the box and it looked decent, something I could definitely give as a higher end present. (I spent $55 with shipping charges too.)
Unfortunately, when my friend hooked it up, there was a hole on the bottom that leaked the water and a piece (tube) was missing.
I contacted their customer service and got an immediate response. They said they would send me a return shipping label and cover the costs to return and will mail me a new fountain(hopefully in good condition this time!).
The customer service rep has been great, but beware of getting a damaged product. I hear these kind of fountains leak easily so you can't expect the world.
